Recommended process logic

- Primer selection — Use F-10 primer for PP/PE substrates. Use POM-1 primer for PA6/POM substrates. Other substrates should be evaluated through a process trial.
- Material conditioning — Stir DD33-05 thoroughly before use so the metallic components are evenly dispersed.
- Thinning — Use designated DD-200 thinner. The recommended starting ratio is DD33-05 silver paint : DD-200 thinner = 10 : 25 ± 5. Final adjustment depends on spray equipment and validated process conditions.
- Spray application — Apply with the selected spray equipment using a controlled, uniform process. Equipment settings and film build must be established by trial because the TDS does not specify a universal spray pressure, nozzle size or wet-film thickness.

Handling and storage
DD33-05 is a solvent-based coating. Keep the container tightly closed, store at a constant 5–38 °C, avoid direct sunlight, and keep away from heat sources and open flames. Provide adequate ventilation during application and avoid skin and eye contact. Refer to the MSDS for detailed handling, storage, personal protection and first-aid requirements.
